At CNC Building Control, we believe that delivering exceptional service starts with a highly skilled team. That’s why we are dedicated to ensuring our staff receive the best possible training.

We achieve this through a variety of approaches, including:

Internal and external training courses tailored to industry standards
Day-release programs that support professional growth
Mentoring initiatives to share knowledge and experience

As part of our staff training programme, we also hold regular staff training days to keep our team up to date with best practices.

Our next training day will take place on Monday, 8th December 2025. To ensure all staff can attend, no inspections will be carried out on this day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured our Registered Surveyors will resume inspections on Tuesday, 9th December 2025.

Our goal is simple: to empower our people with the skills and confidence they need to excel, so we can continue providing outstanding service to our clients.
