CNC Building Control Training Day – 16th September 2026 “Investing in Professional Excellence”
July 9, 2026
CNC Building Control would like to advise all customers, contractors, agents, architects, and developers that our surveying team will be attending a dedicated professional training day on Wednesday 16 September 2026.
As a result, no site inspections will be undertaken on this date, and our surveying staff will be unavailable for routine inspection appointments.
These training days form an important part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality, professional, and compliant Building Control service. Continuous professional development is essential for Building Control Surveyors to maintain their professional memberships, keep up to date with changes in legislation, and remain informed of the latest industry standards, guidance, and best practices.
The Building Control profession continues to evolve, with ongoing changes to regulations, building safety requirements, construction methods, and professional competency standards. Regular training ensures our team has the knowledge and skills necessary to provide accurate advice, consistent decision-making, and an efficient service to our customers.
By investing in the development of our staff, we are investing in the quality of service we provide to everyone who relies on CNC Building Control. These sessions also provide valuable opportunities for our surveyors to share experiences, discuss emerging industry challenges, and strengthen the consistency of our approach across all our partner authorities.
We appreciate that the temporary suspension of inspections may cause some inconvenience, and we encourage customers with planned works to take this into account when scheduling site activities. Our Customer Experience team will continue to be available to deal with enquiries wherever possible, and any inspection requests received for 16 September will be accommodated on the nearest available date.
Normal inspection services will resume on Thursday 17 September 2026, when our team will return to their usual duties.
We would like to thank all our contractors, agents, developers, and customers for their patience, understanding, and continued support. Your cooperation allows us to ensure that our surveyors remain professionally competent, fully informed, and equipped to provide the high standard of service that our customers expect from CNC Building Control.
We look forward to continuing to support your projects and working with you throughout the year.
